Dimitris Pleionis, a “Ship to Gaza” representative, broadcasted earlier this morning from the Turkish ship “Mavi Marmara”:
We are sailing towards the meeting point. We expect to arrive between 15:00 – 16:00 (Greece time). I’ m the only Greek citizen on board, among the 518 passengers. Besides the Turks (346 in total), there are on board people from 30 different nationalities. I’d also like to mention the ship’s excellent facilities, since its press room is equipped with 18 computers providing free internet access to the 60 journalists on board.
